At the beginning of the 1990s the Belgian band Raksha Mancham was publishing its own newsletter. It was focused on their musical outputs and live performances but these newsletters also provided information on indigenous peoples which suffered from genocides or culturecides. The specific situation in Tibet was regularly discussed and various humanitarian or political actions involving members of the band were also covered.
